8 DAY TOUR,BRIGHT AND VICTORIA.There were 33 people on this trip conducted by On Course Tours. The driver was John. It was a beautifully planned itinerary which covered some lovely scenery and towns. The motels we stayed in were perfect, easy access excellent food and facilities. At Lakes entrance they organised a three hour cruise around this huge lake complex we saw dolphins all marine life birdlife fishing trawlers. We stopped at a Lakeside hotel for lunch which was beautifully prepared and the staff were extremely helpful. Everything about this coach company is perfect, the driver John was always there to help with extra little things carrying bags making sure that you’re comfortable making sure that all works perfectly. Very highly recommended company. They are always out to provide a wonderful holiday.

Excellent care to customers, very nice to see that the company manage well to survive through this Convid19 uncertainty period. Good value for the tours. Thank you for all your services.

Beware of this tour operator - unsafe and disrespectful drivers. As this photo shows the driver thinks it's okay to stop in a really disrespectful way where other cars can't get through - AND there is a large carpark at Weldon Oval where he could safely pull in to pick up customers (he did this for 10minutes again this week and all other drivers had to reverse and find alternate routes). This operator also encourages people to bring their cars and park outside strangers houses for multiple nights in a row (but not their house or their street).This time I took photos and also a time lapse video which the Northern Beaches Council and Dee Why police have been given. Hopefully this tour operator thinks a little more about community" and where some of their future revenue might come from - definitely not me or my neighbours !"

EDITED- We received a phone call from a representativeat On Course Tours, who advised they would address the issue of appropriate rubbish disposal with all their drivers and specifically the driver on the below mentioned occasion. The representative was apologetic and sympathetic to our concerns.Issue.In the carpark at the top of Mt Buffalo (the chalet) the bus driver produced a large black bag of rubbish (the tour groups lunch I assume as there were bottles of wine going in also) and walked to the small public council bin and proceeded to squash and ram the large bag into the small bin opening. He initially walked away with the bag hanging half out of the bin as it was so big he struggled getting it in. My husband told him off, telling him to take his rubbish down the Mountain as he's a commercial business. He returned to finish ramming the bag in.Considering you are a commercial company and this was commercial rubbish AND you were heading back down the mountain with a load of storage space on your large bus, surely you legally should have taken your rubbish with you. To make matters worse an older lady from the tour began telling my husband and I to mind our own business. I had called out the shameful behaviour, she suggested because I have an English accent that if you don't like it then go back where you came from!"Surely

Bad behaviour from the owner. Needs to be more polite towards people as they make the business grow.
