I am disgusted,disappointed,appuled at the professionalism Kat shows to her clients.She is indifferent inconsiderated rude and literally insults her clients.She makes it harder for the clients to gain confidence in finding work instead she stops payment and makes them wait for their payment.

I have been trying to reach my job provider all week, have been on hold for more than an hour each time I call and cannot get through. Finally get through 4 days later, and I am told my job provider will call me back. Never does. So I show up in person as I can’t get through on the phone, gets turned away because I don’t have an appointment. As a result, my payments were cut as I could newt through to reschedule as I was working at the time of my appointment. Can’t believe this. Still can’t get through and can’t get this resolved. I’ve got bills to pay and I’m feeling hopeless. Disgusted at the lack of professionalism here.

Had such a pleasant experience with my consultant Broni. She gave me a call to ask about how my job hunt was going asked me about what I was looking for in a job and what experience I had and to send and updated resume she listened carefully and asked about what each job entailed and passed onto the various parties and put me in a job that is perfect for me all with in less than two weeks. Thank you so much Broni and Fiona and your efforts.Never had such a quick turn around.

From an employer perspective - the team here came through with superb staff for us with very detailed and difficult requirements we set for them.
