Went in there since I had my car booked in,the office ladies were absolutely lovely and since we never been there before we didn’t know where too park up and my mate got a tiny bit of mud on his tyres so I was getting it off and the owner had the biggest sook over a bit of mudAbsolute useless excuse of a owner of a businessWill definitely giving rods auto all of my money from now on.( MHC is watching. )

To begin with they were very helpful then after spending $4000 on lithium batteries and chargers found out batteries were 100 amp hours instead of 120 amp hours got back to caravan park and found charger was faulty asked them if they could send some one 10 minutes down the road to fix it and was told they were TOO BUSY

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I dropped my car off for a CD player to be installed at 9am after waiting 4hrs for the job to be done I was called and advised that they could do it due to parts not being available. When I asked why I wasn't told earlier they gave me a rubbish excuse and blew me off. As I had to drive here from blackwater I wasted a total of 6 hrs and did not have the job done. Do not deal with these people

Totally not recommended place. Don’t waste your money, they just rip you off.My aircon didn’t fixed and i used to pay a lot for nothing.
