We had Yanner Mann Dobson Law as our solicitors for settlement for a property we sold. The settlement did get a little complicated at times and unfortunately the solicitor who was handling our case was vague in her advice and often left us more confused. She was devoid of empathy to our situation and was quite accusatory and personal at times. In the end the settlement was completed on time so we did get the outcome we needed. We have since bought another property and we are using a different solicitor and the difference in customer service and professionalism is stark.
