I have made numerous purchases from The Printer Clinic including my most recent printer, a Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-Vll C3321. In each and every case the prices have been superior and the service amazingly efficient and quick with goods arriving on either the following day or the day after. Highly recommend!!

I discovered The Printer Clinic Adelaide with the help of Google. After telephoning them Google Maps gave me clear directions to their Workshop. My Printer was giving me serious concern and I was unable to print at all.I found the clerical assistant and the technician most helpful. They serviced the Printer, cleaned the Sensor causing all the trouble and did a number of print runs.However, the same problem surfaced again. I was able to return my printer to The Clinic and without charge they did further investigation. Ultimately the conclusion was that a new Printer was my only alternative. The Printer Clinic sold me an Epson Workforce Pro at a very good price and were most helpful. I know that I can go back to the Printer Clinic at any time with ongoing service and advice. I would strongly recommend them.

I have had my colour printer serviced by The Printer Clinic for a number of years now. At the most recent servicing, I was advised that the replacement part would be more than the printer was worth, and was given very helpful advice as to a good replacement. I went on-line to find a good price. Then I returned to The Printer Clinic and found that they could quote me a price, inclusive of delivery to my door, which was close enough to the on-line prices to tip my purchase in their favour. Additionally, I know that I'm dealing with a local business, which has already given me very good service over the past 5+ years. I am very happy to recommend The Printer Clinic to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable firm for servicing of printers.

5 star service for sure. I would give them more if I could. Neeru answered my call immediately, and within 5 minutes had solved my problem and emailed me a solution - at no fee. Another provider had charged me $300 and told me a needed a part (lies!). Thanks so much The Printer Clinic.

For more than 15 years we at Olympic Industries have enjoyed the proficient service of the Printer Clinic and my guess is that it will stay like this for many more years to come.No matter if we needed new toners, printers or printer service & repairs, the very friendly staff provides excellent customer service and are always willing to help.Thanks to the excellent service provided we still have some printers running which are well over 10 years old (it does help though, that those printers are HP printers, so spare parts are still available).
