We were able to be seen at short notice for our pup that had injured herself. From start to end, Faith, the nurse has been incredibly helpful. Thank you to the team for being so caring and helping our little girl.

Great place, they give advice and their vet was really good with my dog who is super nervous.

My usual veterinary clinic wasn't available for an emergency with my pup, so my husband and I searched around and were able to get into this vet. I had been a tad frustrated with my current vet because they seemed to have limitations, and unfortunately my boy has IBD so I really need a vet that takes that into account when prescribing meds, examining (and not giving treats during it), etc. and the current vet wasn't doing great with it. I haven't met a rude person on the staff in any of the Greater Springfield veterinary locations yet. They're great as well about not charging for little things (I brought him in once to check if a spot on him was a tick, they looked it over and talked to me about ticks as well, and didn't charge me a dime for it). Our vet is extremely intelligent and kind, and very careful of the way he treats things like Walden's hip dysplasia and skin conditions, so thgs it doesn't affect his tummy. ♥️

Vet and staff are so friendly and professional. Really made us first time pet owners incredibly comfortable and confident with their passion for animals.

The first experience was second to none. I hadn’t attended this practise before and I barged in not long before closing asking if anyone can help as my dog had just injured himself. My boy was seen to straight away and received high level care. The team were amazing.
