Highly Recommended. Mark is very professional in his field. Once he reset the security code he gave time to show how to use as well. I make him to wait half an hour as I forgot the key to my apartment but he didn't charge for waiting. Happy to get his service. Thanks

Mark fixed my alarm! He was punctual, tested the system and diagnosed the problem, had the necessary supplies to repair it, and checked that it was now working. Total time less then 30 minutes. What more could one ask?

Mark was thoroughly professional while replacing our smoke detector that was linked to our alarm system. He explained everything as he went along and kept me well informed. Mark was called out after another company left us with a blown fuse and ringing coming out of our alarm keypad. We called Mark on a Sunday and he took the time to help us disconnect wires in the panel to stop the piercing squeal being omitted from it until he could get to us on Monday to fix it. Not too many businesses would take the time nor the effort to do that! Would fully recommend Mark to anyone who needed Alarm repair services. 100% professional!
