You two form a very dynamic team and the community is so lucky and thankful to have you guys!!!! Your pharmacy is an exemplary business, always a friendly and cheerful environment to visit. The tailored customer service experience I get every time is what sets you apart from other pharmacies.

They got my review taken down which is disgraceful as I did not break any google reviews guidelines, I only told the truth. So I’ll leave to your imagination how horrible the truth was for it to be taken downThe event was with a pharmacist a couple of years ago, extremely unprofessional. I left in tears with my 6 year old and new born for their association medical practice fault and the pharmacist behaviour was deplorable.I was so close to reporting her to AHPRA but my husband went in and explained why I was there and what happened and the medication she refused to fill and he said she was mortified with her behaviour. However if her initial reaction was what it was this place deserves the continued 1 star as I got no formal apology.

Helpful friendly staff. Pharmacist Dillon is knowledgeable and always spends time in the pharmacy or over the phone answering questions and explaining medications. Our family appreciates his professional assistance with our elderly family members.

This would be the best Pharmacy in Viewbank.Went today to get my 3rd covid 19 vaccination.Under extreme pressure due to people wanting their 3rd covid vaccination and people getting repeat scripts it was very well run, organised and very professional. Well done.I just have to write how pleased I was with my experience to see 2 people run a pharmacy.I’m going back to get my scripts and other pharmacy items as I observed good prises.If you want a 3rd covid vaccination you need to book online. So don’t call pharmacy or call in.
