Fix Movement Performance

Prior to my accident I had used these services for Pilates and myotherapy. Post accident, where I can no longer do Pilates, I have had rehab through exercise physiology, myotherapy, lymphatic drainage and working with a dietician. The services they provide are excellent; their professionalism, compassion and friendliness continue to support and enhance my health and well-being. The respect, care and concern from every staff member, whether in reception or as a consultant is evident from the minute you walk in the door and all sizes are welcome. The best move I made, back in 2018 was to try out the Pilates and I cannot speak highly enough of how much I value the services offered by Fix Movement Performance.

Due to hard work and racing motocross I have dealt with a lot of injuries over the years. My lower back/hamstrings and calves have not allowed me to touch my toes for 30 years. I,ve seen a few dozen remedial masseurs in this time and only 1 was offering any relief. I started seeing Ingrid at FIX Myotherapy Who has been amazing!! After 2 visits I could touch my toes! I expected maybe a little relief after 10 visits! Very very happy with the results. If you want real results. Call FIX. With every masseur you need to go for at least 6 visits to see If they are affective at relieving what ails you. Give FIX a go.

I attend Pilates classes with Anna at Fix and I absolutely love every class. Starting with a 5 week beginner class before moving into the intermediate class was a nice way to start. Anna is a wonderful teacher who really takes the time to help everyone. 10/10 do recommend!

Disappointed, was told by Doctors they would treat us right. Hubby turns up for appointment at 6.30pm and told Sorry the phyiso aren't here today and should be for there 6th of December. But No Phone call, no text no email no communication at all...had all day to contact your clients but NO! Drove half an hour there and back each way for nothing. Completely unimpressed by their professionalism and lack of communication.

Cher and her team are absolutely amazing. I've been travelling from Melbourne ( now when permitted ) to see Cher for 4 years as I trust her implacably and love that she can explain things so you actually understand what the problem is and why you're feeling the way you are. The services Fix provide are above and beyond anywhere else I have ever been.

I am so pleased to have chosen FIX for my concerns.I arrived and was taken through at my appointment time-no waiting. This was my first visit and Indiana was my therapist. So I knowledgeable and caring. I can’t say it was the most comfortable treatment, however 3.5 hours later I am experiencing exactly what Indiana said.I was not pushed into re-appointment, but did make a follow up as I was so impressed with the service I received, and I believe that my injury is being managed and I am being supported.Thank you to the fix team
