Nambucca River Tourist Park

If you’re looking for budget accommodation, it’s ok. I’d recommend taking your own toilet rolls and toiletries because asking for a refill of 20ml body wash after 4 nights and a toilet roll was incredibly uncomfortable from the reaction of the staff member who said they would not normally do “this” after 4 days.With the exception of one, the staff were friendly and great.The rooms are unfathomably hot, the sliding door to the bathroom kept getting stuck and wouldn’t open from the inside and I had to call my son to help open it a few times.The BBQs and camp kitchen are great and there’s good access to the pontoon for fishing.There’s nice wildlife around with water dragons, birds and ducks. The pool is great for kids with fencing and great seating around.

Absolutely lovely park. Receptionists were friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Cabin was clean and was what I expected. Pool is amazing, one of the best camp kitchens I have seen.We will be back with our van

Booked a garden villa for 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival, the cabin was extremely old. We had one 2 seater lounge. Therefore, 2 people missed out, a dining table that was uneven with 4 chairs. The main bedroom, where do I start, the bed was like a king single, and extremely uncomfortable, my partner and I just fitted, the girls bunks were bunks. The bathroom, there was just a sink in the corner, only 1 roll of toilet paper, and on the morning of day 2, we had no hot water! When I approached the office lady ( management) to say we had no hot water, she was extremely rude, and stated it would be on in half hour, and to go use the amenities block, after half hour approached her again to be told I don't know, what else can I do about it! When we returned to the cabin that night at 730pm, it was on.. The pool area, putt putt, and camp kitchen area were really nice, but the attitude and rudeness from the office lady (management) was absolutely disgusting. The cabin was also leaning to one side. If I could have found accommodation elsewhere on day 1, we were leaving. Unfortunately, the nsw oztag championships were on, and there was no accommodation anywhere. I would never recommend anyone to stay there, and we will never be returning.

Fantastic site with great amenities, and super friendly staff. Will be back for sure! The unpowered tent sites are not shaded so do bear that in mind. Really enjoyed the pool and the giant chess, there's a putt putt golf as well! Kitchen and outside bbq are great, showers and toilets are really nice as well. 100% recommended!

We stayed in the caravan park. Big, flat, grassy sites but at least a 4 minute walk to the ammenities block. Passed all rental cabins and permanents.$55.00 powered site for 2 people way too expensive.

Upon arrival we were greeted with the most unfriendly welcome by a very unhelpful member of staff.Unfortunately the cabins are in much need of updating, the beds are uncomfortable, the sofas need replacing and the equipment in the kitchenette was very basic and limited.The emergency number provided was not attended when the smoke alarm went off several times in the night causing much distress to the baby and child.The only plus was the kids had a fun time in the pool and play areas !The holiday atmosphere was crushed by one particular member of staff and we will never return again.

We called just before closing as we had broken down while towing our caravan. Karen was amazing, got us a site and left the instructions in the night time mail box. Luckily we got running again and made it to the park. We found it to be clean, very well appointed and the showers where hot.We came in late so didn't get to use the kitchen but from what I could see its a very good space that a bunch of people can use at the same time.Look forward to coming back for a holiday.

Great location on the main river with boat access and fishing right at the gate. Small park but with playground, putt putt, pool, giant chess, large camp kitchen. Only down side was the amenities block. The old larger block was in the area of the permanent vans and the small block near the holiday campers constantly blocked and unable to use. A new block is being built so will improve then I'm sure. Overall it is a great park and we will definitely be back.

The place is very dirty don’t trust their pillow blankets toilets, very dirty
