Be prepared to wait. Even if you have an appointment at 3pm you can sit with your feet in the water for more than 45 mins before your seen. The water had started to go cold before Hannah could see me. Need more staff. Very clean and new salon.

called and booked at 11am this morning got told to come in at 2, it’s now 2:30 and i’m still sitting in the waiting chairs and all the others are full. o have not been spoke to once since i came into the store. they have excepted walk ins and have started on them straight away as well

Lovely, friendly staff. It is busy so try to book but they will let you know if you're going to wait long and suggest to come back later. Nails are always good and stay on for longer than other places

called at 11 this morning and booked in to get my nails done at 2. get there right on 2 i’ve now been waiting for 30 minutes while they’ve excepted more walk in and haven’t spoken to me at all.

Nice enough staff and accommodated me as a walk-in, however the staff member who did my pedicure was a little rough with the cuticle trimming and made not 1 toe bleed, but 2, leaving them a little sore now. Unsure if I'd use this salon again because of what happened.
