Phoebe and her team have reupholstered many pieces of furniture for us over the years. Each piece has turned out beautifully and we have been so pleased with her service. Phoebe is professional, a good communicator and prompt to answer emails and calls. She has been invaluable to us with her advice on styles and fabrics. The Gotcha Covered Upholstery team work in a timely fashion and we have never been held up with any of our jobs. I cannot rate Phoebe and her team highly enough. Thank you for your great work.

What a disappointment in dealing with this local company, I emailed them using their own web site contact point, emailed them on their own advertised email address with photos etc attempting to get a quote for reupholstery, then rang on two occasions to get something going. So many companies complaining about overseas companies driving them out of business but so many companies driving themselves out of business. so much for shop locally.

I just LOVE my Custom Cushion Covers made by Gotcha Covered Upholstery! They were sent to me in Perth, WA and are nothing but quality. The selection of fabrics made it easy to choose designs that suited our family room. They specialise in all areas of Upholstery and have over 20+ years of experience!! Highly recommend!!

We emailed asking for a sofa cover and got told to go somewhere else suggesting a tacky option. We were well aware of the tacky looking covers online. We wished for a beautiful cover for our sofa. Quite confused as this is what the service by this company is, custom sofa covers, well thats how we read the website.We went somewhere else in sydney to get something beautiful made so our dogs can cuddle with us. Our business was welcomed.
