Pathetic customer service by Teresa at platypus Craigieburn, returned a squeaky clean pair of shoes, and the drama she created was unbelievable, saying shoes are filthy and creased and what not!!!I just wanted 1 size big in same shoes, it’s not that I wanted to get different pair of shoes after I have worn one, neither I wanted a refund. Never had such pathetic costumer service at platypus.I never write bad reviews easily, but that girl was next level. Such a shame!!!

This store has the best customer service... when you're going there to spend money. Good luck returning a faulty pair of shoes though. I've worn a lot of shoes in the last 29 years, and no pair has ever squeaked like these shoes before. I Had the same shoe for my last pair and they didn't squeak at all.She told me shoes can squeak for a while

Just wanna say a big thank you to Hannah at the Craigieburn store for your help today with my daughters boots. Such a lovely person and very helpful and understanding.
