We bought our car sight unseen from Justin. He was not your typical salesman. Just a good bloke. He arranged for all of the extras to be done, and transport to Adelaide. He could not have been more helpful when after sale questions have come up. Would have no hesitation in recommending Port Lincoln Volkswagen.

Had an issue while in Streaky Bay, a call to Port Lincoln to see if I could drive it. Organised to be trucked down, fitted in that afternoon to diagnose the issue. They put the van on power to keep my fridge going overnight. I was advised on what was happening the whole time, given a possible time frame, then was completed days ahead of schedule. I had nothing but positivity the entire time. I highly recommend dealing with the service department, Jessica was brilliant.Thank you for fitting in a solo female traveller at short notice & going above & beyond to get me back on the road.Coffee & cake on arrival after a truck trip & slightly stressed was very welcome.

Had a small issue with my car last Saturday and called in unannounced and they were very welcoming and had had a mechanic look st the issue straight away and it was fixed in 15 min. And then they don't charge me. Great experience. Even gave us a free coffre while we waited in the lounge

Lovely staff and great service, managed to fit us in and check out the van on the spot.
