APM Employment Services - Glenorchy

Have had a decent experience with APM so far, but the person who was supposed to call for our phone appointment didn't call me, so I had to call to try and get in touch with her. Found out she wasn't in that day, so spoke to somebody else who was very helpful. Better experience than with other places, but somewhat disorganised.

Nothing but mistakes and incompetence. No one rings for phone appts. Doubled up appts 1 day apart every fortnight. Don't record important information then have to repeat myself every appt. Staff talk down to me like I'm scum. I'm 62 years old and just want a job.

Was asked to falsify start date so the guy could tey and get a bonus for himself and 'the employer'Dont say you will help with a fuel voucher to help me drop resumes face to face if i come back fruday only to not be there and ve told no.Also had my resume mutilated due to poor computer skills on thier behalf

Rude and unhelpful consultant there. Entirely bossy and impatient, very offensive to the client, and his family. The office is also extremely noisy, no one seems to care about the others, cannot clearly hear each other in the conversation, even just 1 meter away. Anyway, bad experience, make the client feels he is begging for something there. Such sadness.

Not worthy of one star Tracey so rude and insulting. Would not listen, talks over you. Treats you like your a fifth class citizen. They grins when you try and explain. Disgraceful complained twice they didn't careLost paper work lost form that was signed have no idea what she was doing none of them do. The whole place is so unprofessional it needs to be shut down. Tracey then said off you go then' when she trying to explain her circumstances. Told her to leave. She'd done nothing wrong filled in her papers and was treated like she was a criminal or worse.Then have the nerve to laugh when my daughter started to cry. Had people outside coming asking her if she was ok and they said oh them

horrible horrible people, they don’t care about anyone with mental health issues, i’ve been passed around people like a nobody & they cant even call back or help you out they’re hopeless.l had an employee basically tell me to get over my mental health issues, take some melatonin and get a job. I hope they read this and reconsider who they hire. Job active & disability.

Do no go here. I have seen about 5 workers here, 1 was good, two were incompetent and the other two were rude and honestly bullying. I had to show one worker where documents save to on a computer, another worker put me on the phone to a business with no warning knowing I have social anxiety. None of the staff seemed to take my complex disabilities into account when suggesting work for me. Some suggested I work fast food for instance. I know at least two other people who have had arguably worse times than me here so this was not a one off. I do not recommend APM Glenorchy at all.

I have aspergers and schizoaffective disorderand was referred by centrelink to your business to help me find employmenti was told 3 weeks ago that i 'definitely had a job' so i put off looking for a job for 3weeks (handing out resumes, apllying online) while i am financially struggling to feed myself.then this morning my employment consultant rudely refused to answer his phone, i contacted the franchise over phone where i was told that i don't have actually have a job, the lady over the phone told me that i am not fit to work because i have a mental illness which makes me experience suicidal thoughts and that it was my fault that the miscommunication happened.

Poorly trained staff that do not know their roles and what's more concerning the Supervisor tells mistruths when you approach him for help with his untrained employee.This place needs to be closed down or get staff that want to help the unemployed which is their role , Supervisor needs to be sacked as he covers up for his staff with more lies.
