Still waiting for a refund for a dead Acer computer that I haven't had for a month, more than a little annoyed with both Acer and rt Edwards, Will never deal with either of these companies again.I called customer service numerous times, wasn't called back when told I would be. Received email promising refund within a week which didn't arrive until replying with my intention to report the matter to ACCC. Received refund after 5 weeks, not good enough.
