Full marks to NSW CPAP team for excellent service and after sales support of my new Phillips CPAP machine. Derek is very knowlegible and spent a lot of time with me to explain how everything worked. Their prices are super competitive, and when I had a problem with one of the masks I purchased he sorted the issue out immediately. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

just bought the CPAP machine there. the staff named dereck is very helpful and professional, she gives me a lot of suggestions of which machine and mask are good for me., price is also very competitive ! but remind you when you arrive his shop, you need to go to second floor, their shop is on second floor., quite difficult to find ! otherwise all good !

I just ordered some CPAP cushions, and I decided to set up a user account. Very quick and easy. Account verification was nearly instantaneous.I just wanted to say that I'm really impressed by how fast and thorough the website and ordering system was. I've seen far worse from much bigger companies. Whoever setup their website and sales system really knew their stuff.I know this might sound fake because it's so positive, but honestly, everybody I've had dealings with at this company seems to know their stuff and the service has been really quick and decidedly un-bureaucratic.

Great prices, slow dispatch and poor customer service.Due to the Philips recall i was urgently in need of a new APAP unit, after looking around NSWCPAP looked like the best option in terms of price, stock availability and postage costs. The website listed a sale and that the item was 'in stock', i ordered this on a friday midnight, i honestly did not expect the unit to be shipped until at least Monday, due to urgency i went with the express shipping option.I called through to NSW CPAP on Monday to confirm if my order would be shipped, i was put through to staff that manage the online store and they had advised due to the high demand they would not receive stock until Wednesday and my unit would be shipped out then as i had paid in full. This was extremely disheartening as to my mind a product 'in stock' literally meant in-hand and ready to ship. This is clearly not the case here and there is no warning on the website for the product that there is a delay due to shortages or high demand, i believe this is misleading and would have greatly effected my purchase decision.After speaking to the staff on Monday i decided to wait it out and contact them on Wednesday afternoon before contacting them for an update, come Wednesday staff advised they were expecting shipment now on Thursday instead. At this point it was quite frustrating, staff member 'Louise' literally could care less and advised at this point if i wanted i could get a refund and their attitude was flippant at best, but without using explicit words they couldn't care what happens to other people even as i brought up their should have been a disclaimer on the website warning people of dispatch delays.I was then assured on Thursday my order would be sent out, on this check up even though my online order status was not updated to fulfilled yet, they had advised my order was indeed shipped.I received a consignment tracking number but when attempting to check the tracking on Auspost, there was no confirmation it was in the system at all, most likely they either gave me a blank consignment number which had not been registered yet or the order had not left their store and received by Auspost.Fast forward past the weekend, It was not till the following Monday had the consignment number has been confirmed by Australia Post as information being received.My device arrived a full 2 weeks after i had ordered it using express post.In conclusion, NSWCPAP has great prices and the device arrived in a decently packaged parcel, with good additional documentation, but the poor customer care and website transparency left much to be desired and it would be hard to recommend this CPAP provider from this experience.Update:Updated last sentence with 'from this experience.'I've downgraded my review from 2 stars to 1, the reasoning for this is.While i appreciate the quick response to this review and the TrustPilot review i had submitted, it is not appreciated that a customers personal information such as in this case 'city location' being revealed on a public forum outside of the companies privacy policy as it was not already brought up in this context, thus adding to my customer care concerns in this review.

Just recently purchased a machine from NSW CPAP online from ACT. I would have to say that this is the most approachable company I have ever dealt with. I have nothing but praise for the customer service, and being new to the world of CPAP therapy the assistance was above and beyond. Lida, the CPAP consultant was lovely, very friendly and very knowledgeable and made my experience purchasing my first machine easy. I would recommend NSW CPAP to anybody and especially talk to Lida.

After dealing with my local pharmacy making me feel I was going to be left alone with no assistance if I didn't purchase a machine through them, NSW CPAP has made a stressful, intimidating experience, so much better. From the moment I purchased my Dreamstation machine online, it was delivered in a matter of days. Not before the nurse telephoned me to ensure the settings are correct and to ascertain my confidence that I am not alone in this experience and that they are a phone call away. The great thing about this also, I had no idea that they can assist with setting my machine remotely! Winner! Thank you NSW CPAP!

I didn't have any appointments, but I received more than a welcome there. Thank Nathalie for the great recommendations; otherwise, I would have been so confused as a first-time user not knowing anything about CPAP. Best location just a train from CBD and short walking from a station. Hope I have a good night.
