I appreciate the service I got from blackwater pest management. Daniel came and serviced the property at an affordable price and explained potential problems areas and things we could do to prevent reinfestation.I throughly recommend this pest control company to everyone and anyone who wants affordable pest control solutions with experience.

In the past, Blackwater Pest Management has been an excellent company to use for our annual termite inspection, which is why we called to book the same company again this year.Unfortunately the ball has dropped somewhere.I contacted Daniel beginning of January and was booked in 26/3 - long wait but we thought it was worth it. Daniel did not show and we didn’t get a call (I had to chase him down) another day was arranged, he came late afternoon, had a poke around and decided it was best to come back another day as the weather looked like it was about to turn. Fair enough. Another date was arranged, again cancelled by weather which is totally understandable (10/4). Another date was arranged and set 14/10, then changed to 15/10 and then again changed to 16/10 all in the same day. We were told Daniel hurt his arm and he remembers our roof being ‘very interesting’ to get through. We thought it was strange and very unprofessional to keep changing the dates considering we had been waiting so long but were trying to be understanding as he had hurt himself.Daniel did not show again on 16/10. I got a message in the morning saying the weather wasn’t looking promising but they would keep me updated. I got a call in the afternoon saying he was on his way soon. Yay great, finally! Except nothing, no show, no call, no nothing.I tried contacting numerous times via text, phone and email.I didn’t get a response until Monday 20 April saying - ‘Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Daniel has been unwell these past few days. When would be the next suitable time to for him to come out ?WHY didn’t you call to let me know this on 16/10? You wait 4 days?! Ridiculous.I feel like we have been super patient and understanding and feel sad that the company is no longer reliable. Maybe the ‘interesting’ roof of ours is too difficult for him to navigate. Either way we won’t be using Blackwater again.

Daniel came out today (2 Dec) and sprayed my house. He was very professional and did a great job. All the spiders were running for their lives. I'm very happy I called Backwater to get my house sprayed

Friendly and Fabulous service. I had a massive white ant problem. They didn't give up until every last one was eradicated. Very reasonable price and very reliable. Thanks to Danny and his team.

Daniel is amazing! Do not waste your time with any one else. I don't think you would get a more thorough inspection than Daniel gives. And he is super passionate about his work! I will be getting him back for annual inspections and any further work!!!!

Daniel from Blackwater pest management was not only efficient, friendly helpful, reasonably priced, he and his team are very professional, courteous and knowledgable. They arrived when they said they would and advised me the best treatments for my situation. I couldn't recommend Them higher. They Will definitely be making them my go to Pest Management company from now on.

Blackwater has looked after our property for several years now and has been amazing. Extremely reliable, honest and great service.A minor issue with the previous administration consultant but since then this has been addressed and I’m definitely sticking to Blackwater for all my Pest Management needs!
