Great no fuss service and great prices. 30% less than another local supplier. I've used Westy's over many years for DIY home projects; steal tubing, sheet metal and iron for reinforcing concrete. Always friendly and helpful.

Very unprofessional, rang and requested a quote they told me to email the details, after not hearing back from them for 10 days, I then had to call to chase the quote. They informed us that they would chase it up and get back to us. After waiting another 10 days we then had to chase them again. After being transferred around they finally called back and said they wouldn't be quoting because the were too BUSY! Three weeks has gone by while we have waited for a quote, with no action from Westy's at all. Any communication has been instigated by us. We have an ongoing building project and they have wasted 3 weeks of very precious time. Although I understand they are busy I was not happy with the service or the attitude.

Westy's are a fantastic company to deal with. Professional and always deliver on what they promise, even getting back to you when they say. The team are friendly and approachable. I've used them on my last two jobs, as well as the spider crane and the installations have been done with no problems. Highly recommend them
