I rent a car for a day on December 8, 2019 (Sunday). I think the staff is patient and friendly, and the service is good. (You don't need to refuel yourself after using the car. Their company's oil price is similar to the outside gas station.) The main thing is that the car was very clean and in good condition. All in all, it was a great car rental experience. I will rent again here next time if i need.

Emails were replied in a reasonable time frame and everyone was very friendly and helpful to deal with. They went above and beyond to help us with what we wanted.We will certainly use them again when we come back up and will recommend them to friends and family

We have been using LTD for a couple of years now and their service has been second to none. They always have a truck available for us to deliver large joinery projects across Queensland and New South Wales, even with short notice on rainy days. Cameron has always been helpful, easy to make bookings with and great phone manner. It's great to have a happy voice on the other end.Ltd staff are all the same in service.Every time we pick a truck up, they are always clean, fueled up and ready to go.NOT once has Ltd ever let Capri QLD down.LTD are a great company and all others should follow their lead.Keep it up Guys !!!!

Awesome value and service. Best price for a commuter van hire. Nice new look looking 12 seater van hire was about $170 for 24 hours. I used it as a party bus for my son's birthday. It was perfect. The staff were efficient and friendly, really appreciated their helpfulness. Returning the car was a breeze with a self return option at a time that works for you. Highly recommended.

Wow first time ever I seen who is showing genuine interest with customers. From the start to end their work was amazing. They patiently explained about the vehicle how it works what to do and not do . Down to earth service from staff . The vehicle performance and especially the aircon is amazing .
