Worst nails I’ve ever had, took way too long for nails that look below average. I left extremely unhappy with what I had.

I’m using Betadine on my feet at the moment. The scraping left 4 sores on my heel on one foot and 1 on the other. If I ever go there again I won’t let them do that. The service is ok, massage chairs pleasant and it’s cheap but I’d rather pay a little more and not end up damaged

I had an appointment booked for today. I went to my appointment walked in and the male manager told me to step outside with him. I said what's going on, he said xxxx is not doing your nails anymore. I said why isn't she? what's happened? the manager said your nails take too long to do cause I get a new set with tips every time I come, mind you this would have been my 3rd time there.He said other customers get refill only but yours take too long to do because you get them soaked off.I said I'm a customer and I ask for a new set I don't want a refillI was just gobsmacked by the way he spoke to me and told me to go find somewhere else. so I walked off.I will never go back there and never recommend this nail place.

Great service. Great results. Go and see Jasmine and Steven for a perfect product.The team are also amazing.Have been going here for years.They are very professional and always welcoming.

Worst customer service I said to a worker they stuck my tip on wonky and he made a scene and stormed and as I went to pay I went to give them how much it cost from looking on their website but they yelled at me and said it’s not right and showed me their scribbled out and written down price on their price list. Just rude workers

I was appalled by the rudeness of the manager and the way he treated my very elderly Gran, who was a regular customer and had booked an appointment. If I had known how she was treated I would have never taken her there, but she loves her nails to look her best even at 90..I refuse to take her back and would never recommend this service to anyone. I had to give this device one star to post and in actual fact didn't deserve that...

The best, quickest and longest lasting nails I’ve ever had!! Jasmine and team, thank you for consistently doing a beautiful job on my nails every two weeks! Bookings recommended as they get busy, but its well worth the wait!!

My experience at posh Nails N Spa was mostly all positives, my nails turned out just as i imagined them to. i love the shape and the colour, overly pleased with my nails. All though, the man whom served me was quite rough, pulling and filing quickly.
