Ordered some preworkout from this page however its been over a month now and they have yet to arrive. I've spoken to Australia Post and have alerted MuscleU of the updates but MuscleU doesn't seem to want to help me in this situation. MuscleU keep on pushing the blame back onto external factors.All I wanted was some pre-workout from a site that I thought could be trustworthy, but here I am a month later with no product and doing the chase-up on my own as a customer.This site has ignored my emails/messages so please be wary of ordering from them. I don't even think I'll be able to get my money back or a replacement order from this untrustworthy site.Will never purchase again from here.

Dodgy company. Won't be ordering again from them and will report them. I had paid extra for parcel insurance and they have been careless and had no care when someone else picked up my order!! I suggest you go through a reputable company that will treat you like a person

Placed an order today with payment authorised through PayPal, allocating delivery to my work address. Was then sent an email from Michael at MuscleU saying they would not accept my order due to fraudulent activity in the area of delivery. They asked for confirmation of ID which I said I could provide but of course it has my home address on my license and not my work address. After nearly 15 minutes on the phone with Michael trying to find a way to get my order honored. Without resolution Michael cancelled my order. It's very disappointing that he runs his business in this manner and I would not recommending placing an order with a company that have not trust or morals when you've given so options to provide sufficient ID as to your identification and they refuse to offer any service.

Always prompt with all questions and their customer service is amazing. Best products and the best prices. Returning customer time and time again :) definitely recommend

Pre-ordered the Ehp labs Pinacolada and an Lcarnitine to go as a stack for the first time from MuscleU and its been a good experience.
