Very friendly service and quickly assisted in my time of need. Thank you very much to the crew there for the prompt assistance. Love makita tools and their aftercare service. Much better compared to some other tool companies that are out there.

Brushless drill dead less than a year old. Makita turnaround for repairs is 48+ hours which is next to useless when I need these tools for my job.

Dom who runs the service center at the Makita Factory Service Centre has always looked after me when I bring in my power tool for repairs .He explains to me what he did to fix the problem and keeps me up to date during the repair process that's called professionalism! Highly recommended!

I received the WORST customer service ever yesterday.I purchased a Genuine Makita battery with a three year warranty .It failed after only 9 weeks.Customer service at Makita, refused point blank to rectify the problem, instead insisting it was MY fault for not buying it off them... Unbelievable. Being a builder , I have watched the quality and service from Makita deteriorate rapidly over the years. I will stay WELL clear from this Pathetic company !!!

I was sold a plunge saw by Sydney Tools that was burning blades. After 6 months of back and forth finger pointing - the rep finally came out and told us we were sold the wrong product for the job. They said they will swap over for a 40v saw and all I got was a second hand replacement after waiting another 2 months.We finally had to change the blade and the pickle of rubbish and the bolt was too tight. Thanks Sydney Tools - but they just sent us straight back to the service centre and have now kept the machine - without providing a loan product - as my business is in standstill once again due to the sheer incompetence of Makita and Sydney Tools

The team at the Makita Factory Service Centre are 5 out of 5! They provide an efficient, effective and professional tool repair service of all Makita tools. No repair is too hard for the team and Dominic runs a tight ship to guarantee a solid continued service. Robert, Tony and Alek all deserve a mention for their contribution to the program. Warranty repairs can be a difficult area, for these guys however its a breeze and we are back doing the job quickly with no fuss. Thanks Guys we appreciate your hard work.

Shocking customer service. Have invested over 30 grand in makita tools over 15 years or so. Got sucked in with the new 40 v range. Splashed out on a new saw. Only for it to be problematic over the 4 months I've owned it.Took it back for warranty to get the response that I don't know how to use the saw properly and no idea how to care for my tools. Have never had any issues with battery connections and saw dust until I picked up their 40 v range. Do not waste your money not worth it will be swapping to dewalt for sure
