Had a really pleasant experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and the cats are adorable.

had a great experience with kate but she had to go interstate and the other psychologist they recommended me to said he didnt believe my diagnosis so im discouraged from coming back. other than that the cats are lovely and there is a very welcoming atmosphere and the receptionists are wonderful.

Constantly cancelling and giving dates 4-5 months ahead. I've been retriaged three times and my appointments from December and February were cancelled via text with no follow up. Can't even get them by phone or email. Wouldn't even bother.

Very disappointed with communications from this clinic. Discovered that my initial appointment in February had been cancelled when I nervously arrived for my very first time at the front door of this clinic... A sign on the door told me that the clinic was closed until further notice (i.e. no phone call, no message). If I'd known earlier, I wouldn't have taken the time off work. Received an SMS in early March advising that my 3 March appointment had been cancelled... Again, no follow-up phone call to ensure that I had received this message. Received an SMS and phone call on 18 May checking that I was planning to attend the appointment we'd made for 19 May - I confirmed that I was. Received an SMS on 19 May advising that the appointment had been cancelled... Again, no follow-up phone call to ensure that I had received this message.

Very dissapointed by the staffs lack of knowledge regarding the Medicare rebate. Have waited 2 weeks with no rebate and numerous calls regarding the issue only to find out they put the wrong person as the claimant. Management did not return my call and I'm stuck waiting another 5 days for a rebate that I spent 2hours on the phone to Medicare to resolve. Very dissapointed.

Very friendly team who care (including the admin staff). The gap fees are affordable and I appreciate that there are also free services too :)
