Paid weeks ago in readiness for move. Container requested was A grade. Was offered a container that was very lucky to be a B grade. Complete and utter waste of time.Edit: I asked for an A Grade container, and said they have one more chance to make it right. It was then they said, do you know what, we'll just give you a refund. I was not expecting to get a one trip container.

Kelly and the team did a great job with delivering the container. The container came on the day that I requested. Rod the truck driver informed me of the time that he would be arriving. The truck driver had a little bit of a challenged but over come this with his expertise and place the container exactly where I needed it to go. I highly recommend ABC Container Hire & Sales. We required quick and efficient onsite storage solution and ABC Container Hire were able to deliver just that! Their communication was clear, transparent and very easy to deal with. The container was in excellent condition, clean and waterproof with sound flooring and roofing with ability to easily secure. What was a big point of difference was the excellence in service upon receiving the container and having it collected/relocated. ABC engaged Steele Rudd Towing from Nobby QLD where Brock absolutely did an outstanding job! We were most impressed in precision of the container drop-it was not the easiest of deliveries and Brock made it look like a breeze! We actually requested Brock take delivery of our container to our new place as we were so impressed with his delivery of it-ABC were willing to cater to this request and it has been such a positive experience. It proved to us that ABC cared about who was representing their business. Highly recommend both ABC Containers for their high quality containers and Steel Rudd Towing for their attention to detail and care when moving your precious items.

These guys are great! Top notch customer service, very prompt, great prices and the transport companies they use as well are very easy to deal with. Probably would never use anyone else if I were to hire a container again.

Was very helpful, professional and up front. I was sent a formal quote when I requested one. Only person/business to happily do so.Branden sent photos of container before delivery as promised, so I could accept or decline the container.Will, the delivery truck driver, gave me a courtesy call as he was leaving the depot & to double check directions to delivery address.Very impressed with all aspects of my dealings with ABC Toowoomba.
