Very friendly and helpful especially when dealing with an at fault driver who was not wanting to go through their insurer. The ladies made sure I was looked after and kept me up to date. Would definitely recommend logan village smash repairs. No offense guys but I hope I never have to deal with you again cheers

DO NOT GO HERE!My husbands car went in for a respray on the bonnet and roof. The job was not done correctly. We had to speak to them TWICE taking it back as it wasn't done correctly. They left a massive paint tape mark on the roof.The job was not done professionally at all - not only did they do a very average job of the paint - they stripped the wire on our hands free cord, damaged the steering wheel, broke the clip on the bonnet and also broke our front window while doing the job. They then charged us for breaking the window so didn't stick to the quoted price which was over 2,000. The manager abused my husband on two occasions and swore at him. The job has still not been done properly and they refused to fix it. Instead of sanding the paint back on the roof and redoing it they sanded it back and thinned it out to sand over the lumps and bumps left from the tape.Very very disappointed in the service and quality of this job. We will NEVER go back.

Left inside of car a filthy mess and tried to tell her it was already like it muddy floors full of sanding dust etc. Got in my daughters face and yelled at her after she said what NRMA said would be done . Rude Unprofessional and Disgusted by the customer service/abuse. What NRMA told her and what they do are miles apart. Avoid this business like the plague. Particularly if your a single woman. Unbelievable.

WARNING WARNING WARNING Never have I come across such a dodgey smash repair in my life. The owner is a blatant liar that is full of stories and is the most dishonest person I've dealt with in years. He break laws and takes shortcuts. DO NOT GO THERE, AVOID AT ALL COST. WARNING WARNING

Very poor workmanship and customer service. Being sworn at by the owner then being informed the vehicle was a 'wreck' after they failed to repair it, still having a number of misalignments some over 20mm! Was over charged on quote by $1700 and was not informed of extra cost at any time after asking a number of times. Failed to acknowledge any responsibility for poor workmanship, where I was required to take LVSR to court to obtain refund. To date they have stopped repayments and have not completed full repayment after repeated emails and calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Just got my car back from the team at Logan Village Smash Repairs. I had my rear quarter replaced on my pride and joy. Feedback:All works have been completed to a high standard and in a timely matter.Communication was excellent from the admin.I’ve already recommended to a couple of mates.In an industry with a less than healthy reputation its great to see a family based business kicking goals and exceeding my expectations.
