Although the store is good, the lady that was behind the counter (acted like a manager) could have been nicer. She acted as if everything she said was right and nothing i explained mattered also was not helpful in anyway.I suggest the store do a course on 'how to communicate with customers' skill set asap.

Good product range and stock availability however that was overshadowed by the shocking service and the great difficulty trying to get help from anyone. The service was so terrible I even had to phone the store (from within the store) to advise them I needed assistance. No assistance came. The product I wanted was security tagged to the rack. After I got tired of waiting, I removed the rack with the product still attached and proceeded to the counter to pay. Would recommend people to click & collect rather than visiting the store.

This place is a mixed bag. I have been and received exceptional service but other (majority) times I can’t even get served. All too often the staff are just standing there talking to each other and avoid eye contact with you until the moment an attractive female walks near and off they run. Sadly I’d so true. So now I just use Officeworks for most purchases and if I have to buy from JB I’ll resort to home delivery or click and collect now.

Purchased mobile phones then accessories day later. 3 young men in mobile phone section very professional and extremely patient. Had quite a few people to serve and each worked very efficiently

Like most JB stores it's hard to find a staff member that isn't helping someone else. Once I managed to nab someone to help me, they were friendly, fast and got me what I needed. Parking is a bit of a nightmare too.

Found the better price in a laptop than other major retailer. In-store service was slow however, found a phone call resulted in the laptop being put aside and a quick pickup and pay. Saved time and money.
