My mother handed in her resume details in early January. Month later she heard nothing, and found out they had lost all her documents. She rang them multiple times, they said they'd contact her soon, never did. Late April, they found her documents, then tolf her they wouldn't do her resume because she wasn't a client. What the actual, you could've told her that before you lost her documents for 4 months. Waste of time, and ended up missing out on a job she wanted. Don't go here, unprofessional, unorganised and an absolute waste of time. Thank you for nothing :)
