My partner and I purchased Yamaha insurance last month for our 2 motorcycles. When we signed up we were told we would both receive quadlocks for our motorcycles. Waited a month and still no quadlocks. I messaged the company a few days ago 6/1/22 and they said they can't do that. I made the point of telling them to listen to the voice call at the time of signup. Today I called up and cancelled our policies. Just be very careful with this company. They promise you things which you don't receive and don't want to take the risk in case I have to claim. Will be going to a more reputable companyUpdate 4/2/22 have spoken with general manager Mark Bradley on the phone and they refuse to admit to a mistake. Was actually quite rude. Stay away from this company

DO NOT INSURE YOUR MOTORBIKE WITH THIS COMPANY. A they continuously deduct money from your account without permission. We were never refunded our money that was owing. Now after almost 12 months of finally not having to deal with them they take money WITHOUT PERMISSION to renew our motorbike insurance when we have been with Suncorp for many months. STOP taking money from customers account without permission. If you want this review removed then refund our money and stop taking it without permission.Do yourself a favour and use Suncorp in the first place.

Bought an ag bike through Yamaha, paid it out early, no communication between Yamaha and Yamaha insurance so a month later Yamaha insurance overdraws my account at NAB by 20 dollars..I called Yamaha insurance to explain what happened and they tell me no refund,the next time I will buy a Honda!

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish, Michael who dealt with our marine insurance claim was an absolute gentleman, explained everything clearly & walked us through our claim every step of the way.Highly recommended & appreciated

As these insurance companies tend to do they take years of payments and when your in trouble try not honour the agreement , these guys though were horrible. I had a brand new bike and after only 3 monthes they'd decided the bike was only worth 2 thirds it's value. Also they then advised I owed the full remaining balance with a week , just what you need after losing your pride and joy. They take months to reply , lose info and claim took over 6 months to settle. Argumentive and don't keep notes , avoid Like the plague , they'll turn a horrible situation into a worse one.

Just picked up our Jetski after some hull repairs through YMI. Thewhole process between YMI & the Yamaha dealership was quick and stress free. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to what was required with this type of repair and who was able to do it.
