I tried to rent a mobility scooter and the whole process took way too many emails, way too many follows ups on my part, just to be ghosted by Cliff in the end with no rental. I wouldn’t count on being able to rent from this company.

Well my mum got a scooter from there but ran into problems with the battery and we took it back to tell them and it took two weeks to fix the problem and they didn't even call my mum about it being ready we had to call them and now the battery is still a bit iffy so now mum doesn't know what to do next

Cliff provides an excellent service and is extremely knowledgeable about mobility scooters. He is very patient and thorough in demonstrating how a mobility scooter works and takes a very sensible approach to assessing the suitability of the equipment for the circumstances. Very grateful for his help and advice.
