We had Warren and his team fix a small crack in our pool a few summers ago, they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. We now call him whenever we are stumped on something happening with the pool, he is always happy to give us advice on what we should do. We would not use anyonefor any future work on our pool. These guys are awesome. They have been looking after me and my pool for the last 13yrs. Never looking for the quick sell, always good advice and layout steps to do before they actually sell you anything.If you want good advice for maintaining your pool go and see these guys.

Rude and no idea what customer service is. Their attitude is customers should be privileged that they are “servicing” us. Call out for a service, they give no timeframe. They come when they want to come keeping customer in the dark. And that is IF they come. They then feel perfectly right to send an invoice. As some of other reviews here, they often cause more damage. Give them a miss until they drop their ego.

This shop gives fantastic service. Very knowledgable and helpful. Saw a couple of 1 star reviews. I think its more likely a 1 star review given by a 1 star reviewer. From the day I started dealing with them they couldn't have been more helpful.

Terrible service. Asked to get analysis done on our spa and got someone come into our backyard not even knocking to confirm what the issue is and started changing a valve unnecessarily breaking what was working and got invoiced for this. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Called in for a quote to replace a sand filter for the pool. Every other places, give me a quote and moved on. Image Pools & Service not only were competitive in your pricing, but above all took time to ask me a few question which the answers led to resolving the issue without replacing the filter.I recommend this business highly as they have high standards and not always look after the bottom line, instead provide service that encourages repeat business.

I've been coming to Image Pool for over a year now to purchase pool consumables and get the water tested.I went to get a water test today and was told that my pool's chlorine level is extremely high at 11 free chlorine (non-machine tested). I find it quite unbelievable as I recalibrated my liquid chlorinator chlorine level downward since the last pool test (about 1.5mths ago). The result was given me without the machine test because and I quote machine test is more expensive and it won't get an accurate result if your free chlorine level is so high". I said my ORP reading is normal at ~650ppm and I was told that "it's not right and you need to dial it right down".I went to another local pool shop afterwards and the water was tested using the machine and the free chlorine reading is perfect at 2.6.If I followed the WRONG advice from Image Pool it'll very likely cause some unnecessary issues and I won't find out until I get my water tested next time.I find it hard to believe that incorrect advice
