The bank stole $14,000 of funds advising the sent the money to ASIC as my partner failed to pay one membership fee, Martyn went far and beyond contacting the bank and not giving up till he got the money for my partner.Awesome service, a commited loyal Accountant who will get the most out of the returns and help for his clients.

Horrible service... Paid a superior fee for Martyn to complete my tax return which was still not lodged 1 year after. I called to discuss the matter and he apologised and said he would lodge ASAP. The tax return was still not lodged months later and Martyn failed to answer answer the phone on several occasions. I have then returned to the office after personally completing my 2 year overdue return and have asked for a refund which was denied.
