My request for a returns label for damaged enamel jug refused. Manager argued then hung up on me. On my return call told me they were all like this. This was not an imperfection of hand-painted manufacturing but a chip. Agreed to pay half return postage only but refunded none of original postage.Most unpleasant on-line buying experience. Other staff not rude. I am out of pocket almost $20.

DHS has an amazing amount of items for the home chef or business. We went looking for a particular thing and couldn't find it anywhere. Walked in and asked a staff member and there it was on the self.

Great little team of friendly staff, with basic home brew supplies (fresh wort kits, hops yeasts and CO2 bottles etc). Huge range of commercial and home kitchen equipment at good prices.

I tried to apply for a job here with a face shield on ( medically exempt). Thats a problem lm told. Im Discriminated against. Staff must wear masks even with medical exemptions. So l can't obviously shop in the store either unless l have a mask. But l want to thank you Sue for making me feel like a lepper , l wouldn't want to work there. !!!Luckily for me l have found a job with a company who are more than happy to employ me with my medical conditions. No discrimination at all.
