Coarse was in pretty good condition considering the rain we have had.

Excellent course, tricky fast greens, worth a visit, watch out for the back road after rain

Very nice course, great tee boxes and the fairways are green and well maintained. The greens are a little hairy which makes for slower putts but that's not to be taken lightly as its still easy to miss the lines. Would be nice to play on the greens after a cut so you get a better roll and you can therefore use the borrows rather than hitting straight at the hole.

UPDATE REVIEW: 29/4/23The course was in excellent condition. The fairways in particular had excellent coverage of couch grass. We caught up with Damian – head groundsman who had just taken delivery of a new Kubota RTV520 utility vehicle….. he reckons they are excellent work vehicles. The greens were excellent to putt on. Bunkers were all raked. We had another great day out. David who recently started was very welcoming in the pro shop. The course drains extremely well with all the fairways and greens in excellent condition. We caught up with Damien (Head groundsman) and congratulated him once again on the condition of the course.Brian was very welcoming in the pro shop. We had another fantastic day out. The course loved this extra drink of water as everything had “greened up”. There is excellent drainage making it a a great course to play during winter. The fairways had an excellent coverage of grass with very good roll. As expected, the undulating greens were in excellent condition ......... always challenging to read!!!! Well done to Damien and his team of greenkeepers. Brian as always was very welcoming in the Proshop and had our cart out ready for 7.00am.UPDATE REVIEW: 28/1/22As expected the course was in excellent condition. A beautiful undulating and well designed layout. A challenging course - particularly off the back markers. Very peaceful and relaxing setting amongst the gum trees. Fairways had a good coverage of couch grass and had just been mown enabling the ball to roll that extra bit of distance. As expected, the undulating greens were in excellent condition with the ball rolling beautifully and provided us with their usual challenges. The new dam has been completed which will guarantee an all year round water supply…….. Damien (Head greenkeeper) was very pleased with having this new asset. Phil was very welcoming in the pro shop. He is understandably very proud of the golf course.Another great day out…… We look forward to our next round.

Enjoyed playing this parkland style type golf course.The fairways were in good condition, although dead leafes made it difficult to find your ball on occasions. Unfortunately, the greens were undergoing an application of sand (both pre/post rub in stages), which made putting difficult for those greens that were pre rub in. Practised on the putting green the day prior and green did roll true but were a little slow. The bunkers overall were in poor condition.Practice facilities consisted of putting/chipping green and a aqua driving range.The pro shop staff were very friendly and professional.

Great course, lovely people and nice little bar for a drink

Nice course, and was in good condition.If you’re female, don’t bother with hiring clubs, the set I had were about 20 years old and in very poor condition. Shocking that I was charged to hire them.

Tanunda Pines is a top course, challenging without being ridiculous. Fairways are lovely and the greens are smooth, consistent and true. Spectacular setting amongst the vineyards of the Barossa Valley. A must visit.
