Been with them for 3 yrs. Good service and delivered on time. Last time I went to order took a double take at the price. Had to look around as the price was ridiculous. Went with another company and got 2 bottles for the price of one elgas wanted to charge.

Was left for 5 days without any gas due to the company changing my delivery day without informing me or checking to see if I had any gas left. Customer Services' only response was 'sorry the decision was made at the depot'. The last time I ordered a bottle, they left a message in my letter box saying it didn't require filling

Absolutely would not recommend. Chose Elgas simply because they were the supplier for the old tenant and as we had moved from 8 hours north, we did not have time to shop around and went for the current supplier. We were told there was approximately 3 months worth of gas remaining which was ours to use and to simply order a new bottle when required. After only a few weeks we were out and it took 6 days for them to deliver the new bottle which was not ideal as it was winter in Toowoomba and I had the flu. We received a new customer discount (however the total was still more than the local competitor) and then we were charged an additional $92 service fee only a month later. 2 bottles of gas for a whopping total of $370 ($320 if you include the discount). Overpriced gas, poor service and undisclosed fees. Will definitely be changing to a new company once our bottles are empty.

Do NOT use Elgas Toowoomba! They are incredibly incompetent to the point where I almost can't believe it! We have been let down multiple times by them, they say they are coming to refill bottles, they don't show up. They suggest changing our system, we do, they still don't show up! We book in a refill, then have to ring up when nobody comes, when we find out they don't have it entered in their system. Some very incompetent and unreliable people seem to work there. We rely on the supply of gas for our rental short-stay property, so it's incredibly stressful. Please find another company, trust me, you don't need these headaches!

Was on 12 week rotation for refills, hadn't had refills in six months. Been a good customer for 10+ years, but the service has gone to hell. Now a happy Supagas customer.I award Elgas no points, and may God have mercy on their soul.

Went with Elgas as our properties previous owner used them. Had a new hot water system installed and booked a delivery date for a 45kg gas bottle. Took five days of follow-ups, calling every couple hours. Ended up using a bbq gas bottle to get through.Property developed a gas leak (not elgas fault) and our 45kg bottle started emptying much quicker than usual. Booked another delivery for two bottles, paid $82 for urgent delivery.Paid urgent fee (cash, not elgas account) Monday 26th, for 24-48 hour delivery. Received SMS confirming delivery Tuesday 27th delivery.3 follow-ups later today on the 27th, find out delivery driver gone home for the evening and *might* come out tomorrow.Last delivery took four days and constant follow-ups before they came out. Knowing this, took the day off work, stayed home, left the side gate open all day with the gas bottle in the front yard. Gas delivery a no-show, and not from inability to access - driver just decided to not show up

Rude call centre, only do deliveries once a week to only two minutes up the road from their depot, expensive and the delivery driver arrives at 7am, waking me up every time. They also change their ‘set’ delivery days, which doesn’t make sense given they only deliver once a week. Extremely unorganised.

Web site says open until 5pm but office door says 4.30pm. Spent 30 minutes on hold (4pm 4.30pm). Change your hours so they match and people can make a complaint face to face. I'm tired of your works walking through my garden instead of using the gate. They have direct access, your workers are lazy.
