Only that I had to give one star so I could write a review otherwise it would be NO stars at all. Worst company to deal with. Fair Trading advised they have had so many complaints about this company. They don't deliver what has been ordered. Their installers can't measure accurately so your shutters and blinds have to keep getting remade but then never turn up. The owner will not communicate in any way with customers. Very, very bad service. Products that were installed are not good quality. I recommend to anyone considering using this company DON'T!!! Save yourself the upset.

Buyers beware. I am a repeat customer who ordered my first blinds and shutters in 2016. However, when i returned to them earlier this year to order two new shutters, i regret not reading the recent reviews shared by others. As others have shared, i was promptly visited, windows measured and asked to deposit 50% for the shutters to be built. in the following months since since February 2019, i have called, emailed and requested the status of my order. I get the same response which is they cant find my order, and need to speak to someone about it. They never call me back and wont refund my money.

I cannot express what a wonderful experience I had at elite blinds & shutters , there customer service is top notch and a five star for sure. They followed through the moment I called, salesman Zeeshan followed up with a quick call back to arrange a really flexible time along with physical samples. He gave us really honest opinion choosing the right fit out for my newly built house.I already had few quotes from other companies but their prices were really low as compared to others They send an experienced installer to take the exact measures later on the following week. They take bit long (Two weeks) to install my blinds but I am satisfied with their workmanship and they deserve a five star review.

We hired Elite Blinds to install plantation shutters, roller blinds and sreens to all our windows and doors. Right from the start we were very impressed with the customer service we received. Hassam was very friendly and helpful. He always returned our calls straight away with calls that he missed but usually he would answer.We are very happy with the job they have done for us. There was a problem with one of our doors but they returned to fix it straight away. The installers were very nice and professional especially Colin.We are very happy to recommend Elite Blinds.

I would give this company no stars if possible. All the shutter blinds that they have installed have got large gaps between the shutters and the windows which is very much visible to the eye. The installer has obviously not measured correctly and their excuse is that the windows are all crooked. What was the point of measurement? I have two other large windows that have shutters installed many years ago by another company and they have no such problem. They don't return calls and on the occasion that I do speak to someone, they fob me off to someone else. I contacted the Department of Fair Trading and put my review online and those are the only two times that they came to check it out and promised the issue will be rectified but since then again no contact. I think they are waiting for the warranty period to lapse so then they can dust my problems off their hands!!! I would not used this company!

I recently ordered several custom made venetian blinds from Elite Blinds & Shutters. The service and price were excellent and the turnaround was only about 10 days from measure to installation. I’m so impressed with the fit and quality of the blinds, that I’m now ordering again for additional windows. Would definitely recommend!

Had plantation shutters, venetian blinds and roller blinds installed in our home. At first I was having doubts with hiring Elite Blinds due to some bad reviews but so glad that we took a chance. Their price is competitive and Hassam's customer service was exceptional. All my concerns were answered even during out of office hours and any issues were resolved straight away. Very happy with the end result - our shutter and blinds looks great. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality products at an affordable price.

I used them to get some blinds done for my new house. The quality of the work is acceptable, but not the service. They missed installing blinds on some Windows that I have ordered and paid, and these guys had no idea they were not installed, I had to call their office like 100 times and no one would give a proper answer or call back. After stuggling for few weeks they finally come and installed the wrong color. After complaining they came and did the right color but had to wait about another 2 weeks. Never gives a proper answer or never ever call back to at least explain. Making a mistake is fine but they need to give a proper explanation and apologise to customers. They just don't know any customer service.

Do not use this company. I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star .We had shutters installed in December 2018 and had problems straight away. The installer damaged the window frame when installing the shutters which looks terrible. Then a few days after installation some of the blades broke and have to be closed individually.They promise that they will come and rectify these 2 problems that we have with the plantation shutters but despite many many phone calls and visits to their workplace we are still waiting 9 months later. Fair Trading were useless and unable to help as Elite Blinds and Shutters just ignore them. The man we spoke to at Fair Trading blamed us for using Elite and said that we should have read the reviews. Well I see some 5 star reviews on here and an overall rating of 3.5 so I felt OK to go ahead. Fair Trading also said that they have lots of complaints about Elite Blinds and Shutters.

Had our new shutters installed today, they look absolutely great! We would recommend Elite Blinds to all our friends and family, Hassam explained the process to us when quoting and has the best communication skills with his clients from beginning to finish of job, not only are shutters first class but Elite Blinds are spot on with their realistic pricing, better than other Blind companies by far
