I’m disgusted by how we have been treated upon vacating our rental. They were not the original property managers when we moved in and without checking facts or even original entry inspection photos we have been blamed for every mark and very picture hook none of which we installed and a whole lot more. Thankfully I have everything on my end to prove we are correct. We have never had an issue in the past it has always been pleasant with other agencies. Make sure you check and record and photograph everything! Thankfully we are no longer renting! Steer clear people !

We rented with Residential Letting for 9 months and I am very pleased to say it was an absolute pleasure. Catherine was our agent; she was wonderfully responsive, from arranging our move-in to the last day of our tenancy and beyond. In particular, circumstances required us to move countries and break lease. Catherine and Residential Letting were very understanding and worked hard to get a new tenant ASAP, ensuring we broke our lease with a minimum of cost. I give Residential Letting my strongest recommendation. When we return to Adelaide we will certainly be looking to rent with them again.
