Josh clearly knows the business and provided helpful advice, preparing and emailing through a quote within 24 hours. Liam and Jake installed my new roll-a-door within 2.5 hours; it looks great and functions seamlessly. All interactions with the team have been prompt, helpful and polite. Thank you, team!

Wow, absolutely brilliant company. Stunning result (difficult, custom door), and we are extremely happy. Not only is Josh a nice guy, and his installers are excellent, but he is competitively priced and most importantly, he does a fantastic job. Communication is incredible too which is not a 'given' in this game...We have done a few renos and Josh is by far the best 'garage door guy' we have ever used....If you're in the market for a garage door, do yourself a favour and contact Genuine Garage Door Solutions. My garage door was off track and called for urgent assistance. With a prompt scheduling (thanks for the admin) Jake has come to help in 3 hours. He is very professional and persistent in finding the best way to fixing it. He did not take any short cut inside an extremely hot garage and completed every detailed maintenance. I was so impressed that I had him replace the entire set of old garage motor too. I would highly recommend this company for everyone.
