Can't get enough of this gym! The owner Brian is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in pushing me towards my goals.I've been to a lot of gyms over the years but none compare to Fit In 28 !! The vibe is always good too.My partner and I can't wait for lockdown to be over so we can start training in the gym again!Brian keep up the awesome work and thank you for helping me achieve my dream physic !!

Not only is Brian lovely, but he truly wants the best for his clients. The gym space is well kitted out with everything needed, is growing every week and really provides a fun and safe environment to work out. Great class times and availability. Cannot recommend Fit in 28 highly enough!

Brian has gone over and beyond with this environment; from the set up, to the team and to the effort he has put in prior to, during and after covid-19 lockdown. Fit In 28 is a great gym with a really good vibe that makes training fun! Brian has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience in Person Training / group training and nutrition. It’s been a massive help to my program with keeping fit and healthy and avoiding injuries.

First gym i’ve ever been to. probably the only one aswell. Great owner, Brian gave me a free program to get started, great facilities, smoothie bars, supplements, and even a basketaball hoop definitely one of the best gyms i’ve ever seen. Also has cardio classes run with a group which is a great atmosphere. If your new to the gym and wanna get started honestly sculpt hq is probably your best option.

I have been to many gyms and group training facilities in past years and I can tell your Fit in 28 gym definitely supersedes all of them, here’s why, Brian who is the owner has created an amazing space and community filled with passion and knowledge so you can rest assured you are getting the best out of your fitness and nutrition journey. I have just broken my foot and instead of doing nothing for 6 weeks Brian has tailor made a plan for me to keep my strength and fitness levels up without compromising my recovery. Honestly his passion for his business and his clients are evident as he is consistently going above and beyond for his clients making exercise fun and challenging. Fit in 28 gym I would highly recommend for all, young and older, whether it’s group training or body sculpting this is the gym♥️
