Booked & next day positive covid. With 5 days notice rang to let them know wouldn’t be arriving on that date. Before l could discuss credit for later use or any options she asked me what date l wanted to rebook, as l don’t know was then told l would have to cancel & there is no refund & she simply hung up on me. If that’s how front of house is, what’s the rest of place like??? Maybe dodged a bad experience.

For a motor inn, extremely clean and tidy, comfortable bedding and catered to our large family. Was affordable and so close to local shops to stroll. Owners were very friendly and didn’t mind our kids being kids.

What a great pleasure to return approx 9 years later to renovated rooms n had the best comfy sleep. Plenty of tea coffee and other goodies. Very clean very roomy. Will b back again but wont be 9 years next time. Thank you for being lovely hosts.

Please don't book with this accommodation provider. Having had to cancel a booking last year because of a sudden change in Covid restrictions, (the booking had only stood for a few days), the owner was unwilling to allow me to book more than 6 months from the original date. This would have ended up being in winter. Family circumstances (Year 12 student) and lockdowns prevented me from being able to travel before the end of the year anyway. There were no such terms and conditions stated on the motel's website. An attempt to negotiate a later date fell on deaf ears.Please choose other accommodation where the policies regarding cancellation due to Covid restrictions are clearly specified and afford some degree of goodwill and protection to the consumer.

We are booking 4 rooms for 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed. This room is for 4 peoples. When we arrived, the lady and her husband saw we had 13 peoples, ask we to paid $300 to extract peoples. 4 rooms should be fix 16 peoples, where we are over? We ask how many peoples can be fix per room? She said 4, but we still had to charge because when we booking did not showing total peoples. I said we are not any extra peoples. We book 4 rooms 13 peoples, and totally rooms can be fix fro 16 peoples, where we over? However we paid, and she just set all room for 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, not include a single bed. That is not match the booking. They are shammer. We ask a receive for the total amount included the $300 extra, they are refuse first, then agreed upon we request. But that invoice is very curtness . And the bed sheet is really dirty, and the smell is really nausea。Unbelievable, we never had a experience like this.

Disgusting, booked in over the phone on our way into Pambula, got to the motel, booked in and went to room, ohhh, yuk, ripped curtains, old recliner, old bathroom,Went back to reception and got a refund, got a room just down the road & $100 cheaper and absolutely beautifulDo not stay here……..

Clean rooms, has a small kitchen and washing machine. I would stay again

great customer service, room was clean & very neat. owners were very courteous & helpful. continental breakfast provided. excellent rates, great location close to local shopping centre. highly recommended

Absolutely wonderful stay here. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. For a little motor inn on the side of a beautiful little country town, we were so impressed. The owners were super lovely and accommodating and I would highly recommend to anyone. We’ll definitely be back again one day.
