The Hot Yoga Room leaves you feeling so amazing. The heat is addictive, the Yoga is great and the teachers are awesome. It's a great experience each and everytime, I would highly recommend The Hot Yoga Room to anyone!

Highly recommend this yoga studio. Good vibe, good teachers, good intro special, and the heat brings an entire new layer to the practice. Addicted to the challenge it brings me. Favourite class is Vinyasa Yin.

the owners are amazing! they have created such a welcoming space for yogi’s to practice! only place i found that does the heat like real hot yoga! so many different styles between teachers so it’s always fun.

The owners and instructors at The Hot Yoga Room are absolutely amazing. I first went nearly 3 years ago just to see how my body would cope with the heat, little did I know that it was more than just a physical benefit I'd receive. My body, mind and soul are so thankful I've joined this beautiful community, it's honestly changed my life ❤️

I've been to several classes with different teachers each time, and it's been a lovely, genuine, and welcoming space every time. The heated rooms are incredible, really helps the stretch. I don't love other typical yoga studio that can be pretentious, vast, or cold environments - this is nothing like that. I know the owner is a brilliant women too, so you know it's coming from a good place!
