The staff have been fantastic right throughout the process.Getting to do an online concept consultation prior to attending my interior design appointment helped me convey some of the things I was hoping to add to my new house, while also opening my eyes to additional possibilities.The interior design appointment was a lot of fun and was made so much easier by the friendly and professional consultant I was working with.The selections Boutique offer are endless and I have no doubt that you could design your dream home regardless of your budget.Very excited to move on the the build phase once my land has titled. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Boutique Homes allowed the vision of our home to come to life from the very beginning of our journey. Before we attended our colour appointment, we were given access to a Abode online, where we were able to see a 3D image of our home and play around and select colours, tiles and appliances that we wanted and could see them come to life. From there we met with our allocated interior designer, Phoenix, who listened to our vision and guided us and recommended colours and designs that would work with our vision that we hadn't considered.When it came to the actual colour appointment, Phoenix was fantastic and had already provided samples of some of the main aspects discussed in the initial meeting as well as providing us with alternatives. She was thorough, informative and allowed us time to think, discuss and then select our colours.Phoenix was amazing to work with and made a stressful time easy and enjoyable. We could not fault Phoenix and the colour selection process provided by Boutique Homes.

We recently had our colours appointment with Boutique homes at their head office in Lorimer St Melbourne.The display showroom was amazing. Soooo much to look at and see to help choose all our colours for the new house we are building.Our designer was so helpful and patient with us as we went through all our options. She spent well over 6 hours with us.I'd recommend Boutique homes going by our experience so far.

Extremely disappointed in the boutique experience to date. We signed in June with an expectation and confirmation that building would commence in October (the reason we chose the build with boutique). It's now Feb and we have had delay after delay. we have had customer experience managers leave boutique , new staff taken over with no hand over, no introduction and no communication. After spending 450k with someone, you would expect to be taken along the customer journey.Numerous emails confirm start dates, those dates pass an no calls, emails or messages to communicate. We have to chase to understand.If you're looking to build in a rush, don't pick boutique. We've requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor or manager and no action. Just apologies but nothing seems to change.We were told we would get a $500 building credit for a Google review, not sure if this is what was planned.Sales team (Rowan) was fantastic to deal with and still checks in.Selections team was efficiency and super friendlyCustomer experience team - woeful.If marketing are reading this, I highly encourage you to reach out to us.

I am building the Barcelona 28 with the Cape facade. I had the amazing Alicia as my interior designer, and I couldn't have been in safer, more expert hands than hers with our colour selections. We had an initial one hour consult so she could get a feel for my colour palette (coastal), and then we had the showroom appointment in Melbourne. As I am building solo, I had a little bit of trepidation about whether I would be able to make the right colour choices without having a partner to agree on selections, but it turned out that I needn't be concerned - Alicia has an intuitive eye for how colours and selections go together, and she pulled together a coastal palette that I am absolutely delighted with. I know that with the colours and finishes Alicia and I created together, I will have a stunning, beautiful new home to look forward to. Thank you so much Alicia for everything!I also want to thank my lifestyle designer, Nathan. Again, as I'm building solo, I needed his advice about things like data points and lighting, and he was really friendly and approachable, and was able to answer my questions. It put me at ease that again, I was in safe hands. So thank you Nathan!

We have just completed a knockdown rebuild with Boutique homes and had a wonderful experience. Most of the staff were incredibly helpful however there were a few instances early on when we would have liked clearer communication from consultants or when it would have been beneficial for Boutique’s staff to present ALL information to us, as we did not know what we did not know. Selen, our customer experience coordinator (construction), was fabulous with proactive communication and support through the build process. Our site supervisor, Michael, was also wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel like a burden. We were very grateful at how well our build was managed throughout the supply and labour issues that occurred post-COVID.

We signed our contract and externals and the whole process from sales with Andrew through to Contracts with Jiyan and Externals/Interiors with Jess has been great so far. We weren't very sure what to do with the externals but access to abide Online early and going through different samples in the show room made it a breeze. Look forward to watching the build come together.

After a long journey, visiting display homes and trying to make decisions, our appointment with Cassie was everything and more than we expected. She is a bubbly, efficient, patient and helpful designer, who helped us through a range of choices, worked through our ever changing minds and wasn't shying away from giving her thoughts, which was in our situation the best thing!! We loved sharing a joke and having a laugh making the appointment more lively.Sending us to a great quality lunch was the icing on the cake.Thanks Cassie! Just finished the colour selection for our new build with Boutique for Pasadena 50. The entire process up until now is so seamless and stress free. I guess it was like this because of the awesome staff that we had to deal with, be it our Customer Experience Co-ordinator or interior designer or lifestyle specialist. The staff did show the same level of commitment and passion towards our project as we did - that is what made a big difference for us.We absolutely loved all the collections that were available at the colour studio and how our designer helped us to bring our vision to life without breaking the bank and sticking to the budget.Will definitely be recommending Boutique to family and friends. The bars have been raised very high now with everyone we worked with so far and will look forward to construction phase of the journey.
