I just completed the 4 day retreat at Mission Beach. An absolutely wonderful experience. Beth and Sara you are incredible at what you to. Thank you so much for making the 4 days so special. I really loved how you wove the heart theme through everything we did and the inclusion of sound healing and the cacao and fire ceremonies added to the yoga experience. I will be back :)

I've been lucky enough to participate in two wonderful retreats by Hartig Yoga. We were treated to Cacao, dance and sound healing as well as excellent yoga and meditation sessions. I came back calm, refreshed and full of self love. Definitely worth nourishing your soul with any of Beth's offerings.

I recently attended one of Beth's retreats at Mission Beach. I am definitely not someone who is a yoga regular, and had never attended a retreat before so was unsure what to expect. What I got was the most wonderful weekend of joy, laughter, cathartic tears as a bunch of us came together under Beth's warm guidance. I can hand on heart say that was one of the best experiences I have ever had and am continuing my yoga practice via Beth's online classes as I am now addicted. Thanks Beth (and Sarah) for your kindness, patience, stellar yoga practice coaching - especially for this beginner! I will definitely be back x

This retreat had the perfect balance of activities, free time and group socializing. The yoga was accessible to a range of levels and was well explained. The cacao ceremony, sound meditation, sunrise meditation and other planned experiences were uplifting and transformative for many of us. Add to these experiences the wonderful food and setting for the retreat, and the four days were just amazing. Meeting and connecting with others from all over Australia was also a highlight as stories and lives were shared during mealtimes and free time activities. The wisdom and serene presence of Beth and Sarah as our teachers and facilitators of the retreat was also a blessing! I highly recommend taking time out of your busy life to slow down and give yourself the gift of attending a Hartig Yoga retreat. Your body, heart, mind and soul will thank you!

Beth’s yoga classes under the palm trees beats any other yoga studio setting. Such a perfect way to spend your morning in palm cove. My boyfriend even came with me to her yin yoga full moon class and loved it!

I have loved every Hartig Yoga class I’ve attended so far! I’m fairly new to yoga but feel very welcome and well supported, and Beth creates a beautiful, caring atmosphere for everyone in attendance. The class locations are incredible too. You leave the class feeling wonderful. Beth's Yoga and Nature Camping retreat was such a treat too. Time out in nature with beautiful people, beautiful food and beautiful surrounds. And the Sound Healing sessions.. what can I say, just magic! Highly recommend Hartig yoga!
