Very happy with the service provided by Evoke Building Group, their inspection appointment was excellent and very informative with respect to what would need to be done as we had no idea. We could have spent a substantial amount of money on plans etc. to end up not going ahead with what we thought we could do. Very grateful that we organised our inspection first. The Evoke team were very professional and very informative.

So happy with our pergola, these guys were punctual, did a quality job and friendly. They even cut up the old stucture and stacked it neatly for us to use in our wood heater. Highly recommended. Couldn't be happier.

The team were professional and diligent, taking great care of the restricted surrounds during the project and cleaning up after completion. Fantastic job performed by Shannon and his guys! I had a 5m x 4.2m veranda and deck designed and built with all the necessary paperwork done and submitted to the council. I've thought about getting this outdoor area built for close to years now, bouncing between the idea of doing it myself or getting a builder in - a builder who I did try to get in to do it stuffed me around for a couple of months before I gave up.Read a couple of reviews online for these guys and called them for a quote. A grumpy older fella turned up within days, talked me out of building something that honestly (looking back at it now) would have been way too big, gave me some great advice, and threw a ball for my dog a couple of times. Actually all of the guys were pretty great with my dog, who became absolutely fascinated by them each day.I realise this review is getting a bit long winded, but the main thing is that these guys were responsive and didn't leave me waiting for months without any progress. Quotes were emailed through within a week; plans for the build drawn up within 2 weeks; building was started within a month and the build itself took about 2 weeks total. Suffice to say, would absolutely recommend! Cheers guys!

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Evoke and couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service was great and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations for an affordable price. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

Evoke Building Group and Shannon’s team helped us build a reality. With a baby “on board“ and tenants in the house, Evoke helped us plan and build a deck, turnEd a verandah into an en-suite and a house into a home. Adding wardrobes, walls, ceilings and advice we could not be happier! Felt totally comfortable leaving our house empty and in the hands of the Evoke team and have continued to rely on Shannon’s advice for many years now! Highly recommend.

I’ve been putting off leaving this review for a few months as it’s obviously someone’s business but the experience we had with this company, and in particular Kellie was really terrible. Like the review below we were made to pay $1000 for plans that had very clearly been copy and pasted from someone else’s home (drawings of a deck when we were looking at a bathroom renovation, taking multiple edits from them to finally get it right) my husband and I had to take an afternoon off work to pick out tiles at Beaumont that they assured they had booked a consult for us, the place was closed. It would sometimes take weeks for them to respond to a simple email, they forgot to send us key documents for picking out fixtures and then made us feel like we were the ones that had done something wrong, The entire process was very messy and unprofessional with Kellie scheduling numerous meetings with us that were literally about nothing and even she seemed unsure of why she had called us in half the time. I can’t speak for what Shannon is like, we never got to meet him but dealing with his employees was a really horrible process and I feel very fortunate that it was only $1000 we lost and not more, it was worth that money just to cut ties with them in the end.

These guys are good!! Very good!! Shannon heads up the team and leads by example. His workers are well trained and they work very well as a team.Everyone knows what has to be done and they do it. If problems are encountered they're solved with a minimum of fuss..Shannon overseas the lot, but the workers work the same whether the boss is there or not...Overall they are a quality operation, I have used them for 2 building projects and wont hesitate in using them for my third...I rate them 10/10 for knowledge, quality of work and costings...Sherryn Bailey
