East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates/ Roadworthy Certificates - Alexandra Hills

I contacted these guys at short notice to get a roadworthy for my classic car. I had previously contacted another business earlier in the day that took a look at my car but it seemed to be to hard for them being an older American vehicle. I spoke with Kirstin who was great in organising Steve to view the car between heading to another job. Steve was excellent and sorted the Road worthy with no trouble at all at a competitive price. And I was able to get on with the rest of my day within an hour. Thanks again guys

Amazing, helpful

Booked in on the 28th of February for a motorbike RWC, no one showed up, no call made. I don't think much of it, just a misplaced job or something and i rebook in on the 2nd of March for a RWC on the 10th of March. They call me on the 8th saying they might not have someone for the job, and will give me call back shortly. After 90 minutes of nothing I decided I'll call them and I'm told to wait again and I'll hear from them in 20 minutes. They don't call me back at all and I am forced to call them AGAIN the next day. It is now the day before I am selling my motorbike and I have no RWC, no booking, and the lady on the phone hadn't spoken to anyone she had mentioned until I had called her back this morning. Why book someone in if you don't have the people to conplete the task? It's now too late for me to book another RWC in as every company is fully booked, if I had a weeks notice from them not booking me in at all it would've been prefered. Joke of a company.
