Great customer service, friendly, helpful staff and again today, when I went to purchase my Baker Master Kit, I was greeted with a very helpful and friendly staff member. The service provided by Daniel was professional, friendly and informative. I needed a fridge with specific dimensional limitations and he walked me through the options. Once settled on a product he assisted with negotiating a fair price and it was delivered and installed promptly. The service all round was excellent. Guarantee I will search them out again when looking for something else electrical. Thanks !

Great experience today. Found what I was looking for online - called up to check the store’s availability. They answered quickly and James was super helpful. He more than made the sale. And also got me 5% off for mentioning the RAC member discount, which as a member, I didn’t even realise I had!Same day pick up, great in store service. Well done
