The thing I dont like about Andrew and Jens business is that they copy and past the same apology to everyone with a bad review. Guys come on take your customers seriously! How disrespectful. I will not be shopping here again and hope as many people see this as possible. Ill also be posting screenshots to some pages on facebook. Please learn how to run a business and treat your customers. Btw im sure author landy your landlord would be discussed . He actually knows how to treat his customes.

The food is fantastic , especially the sausages and schnitzel.Service last time was POOR as walked into the store and waited 5 minutes and still no one came .There is a buzzer that rings when you enter and staff looked up from trimming meat but still didn't come to counter.Previously someone would come to counter within a minute or two after door buzzer sounded.

Not only love these guys sausages, I tried the brisket. I got some great cooking advice from Andrew and it was sensational. Andrew & Jen are always up for a chat. Good old fashioned small business customer service.

Wow! Hands down the best sausages I’ve ever had in my life. No exaggeration. They smelt good raw. Smelled absolutely divine cooking. My husband walked in and commented on how good it smelled. Was really surprised at how yummy they were. We had 5 kinds to sample. All high quality but Really love the chili beef and Thai chicken. Going back for sure.

Five Stars to the amazing customer service I received when purchasing some meat recently.I am a local and rarely shop at Mupheys, largely because of the convenience of shopping all in one place. I recently went in to have a look and was served by Jack who hands down had the best customer service I have ever seen and is an absolute asset to the business.I would go back again purely because of the amazing service received by Jack.
