Amazing company. Always purchase my catheters from here (one of the only ones that provide the double balloon AND at a good price). Delivery exceptional and if there have been any issues, they have always been communicated and dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Had delayed delivery over christmas, initially disappointing. Then spoke to customer service who were very attentive to getting the order to me. Since then I have bought more items and am exceptionally pleased with the urgency/tracking service offered by The Profile Shop.

I was asked to write a review as I have been a long-time customer of the profile shop, I have noticed a great pivot in service over the last few months and I am really impressed with their recent product delivery (Far better now). Glad they were able to get the catheters in that I now rely on.

Paid Money Product NEVER DeliveredOrdered a product 7 weeks ago. received order confirmation and money deducted the same dayRepeated emails seeking clarification ignored.Repeated phone calls not answered OR diverted to call centre. again no response from the business when a message left. Advised by call centre to escalate the matter which makes me think this is not the first time this has happened.Bank are treating it as fraud.

Over 2 weeks since placing an order. They claim to have sent the item but cannot /will not provide a tracking number. After constant calls with no return calls I've opened a dispute with Paypal to arrange a refund. The lack of customer service and communication is very disappointing. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered a product with express shipping. Three weeks on and no item. Have emailed and called repeatedly to only have it ring out and have email rejected. Have now put in a PayPal dispute and still heard nothing. Would never use again. Hoping for a refund after spending almost $200!!

Ordered some catheters yesterday, but ordered the wrong size and realised too late in the day. I rang customer service and they had already sent the wrong-sized item to me. Without hesitation they will send the correct ones to me. Late in the evening, I received a lovely email confirming the arrangement - Very impressive, Thank you very much
