Not impressed at all. Coffee was beautiful. Ordered eggs Benedict with extra sides... Bacon was hard and cold on both meals mine and hubbies, eggs weren't runny they were hard as.I said something to a waitress and she apologized and said she'd have it replaced then walked back out with another plate with fresh well under cooked bacon and 5 mins later another plate with 2 poached eggs on it.All up we spent nearly $75 on brekky with coffees and takeaway cake for later they could have replaced my whole breakfast or refunded me.

We witnessed the most appalling display of work place bullying today. The owner verbally abused a young worker in front of everyone. The poor young girl was so upset she couldn’t even speak.Everyone dinning there could not believe what we were hearing. A number of us tried to pacify the girl, who eventually left. The woman was unapologetic.Unlike the owner everyone remained calm.

Food is good here, the veggitable special dish didn't look very full on the plate, maybe it was the layout. The hashbrown fountain dish was good I like the sauce drizzled on the eggs. The wedges here are always good. The time to get our food did take a while but i believe there was an issue in the kitchen resulting in late orders. The lady was apologetic towards the wait time. Customer service was friendly.

I regularly go to lingo for a catch up with friends. I love their Benedict. I've never had a problem until today. Order the salmon Benedict, had no salmon, ok, I'll have mushroom and spinach with bacon on the side. (Salmon is cost more the the mushroom and spinach so i got bacon on the side). Normally you get 2 eggs, 2 bread, spinach and mushroom (all topped on the bread and bacon on the side). Today they gave me 1 egg and bacon on 1 bit of bread with mushroom and spinach on the side. Was not happy and got a refund. Also cost me $10 for a medium Iced coffee with icecream and cream.This is the only place I go for Benedict. Not sure I want to return after that.

I like the open plan that still feels quite seperate from the rest of the centre. The food is prepared well and presented neatly for a smallish cafe. Staff are friendly and this family run business is endearing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Waited 20 minutes for an iced latte, I had an appointment to attend so left with no coffee. Other customers left without their coffees too. Such awful SLOW service!

I would rate this place as minus stars if I could. This place is a horrid business to dine at and work for. There is 1 or 2 amazing staff members that truly care about hygiene and customers, but I truly cannot say the same for the owner.If you dine here, expect food thats either been in contact with mould, or been dropped on the floor. But you may be a lucky one that gets the great food from that one staff member that cares.I was fired from this place around a year ago now via text message due to the fact that I told another worker thay the owner was refusing to pay us public holiday penalty rates and wanted to pay cash in hand" instead. I was fired for apparently "spreading rumours" when the owner realised that I know my workplace rights and entitlements. I also had to report the owner to the ATO because I had not been paid my superannuation.So you can be the judge

Very disappointed this morning. The young woman on the counter - making the coffees - that served me was unfriendly to the point of rudeness..In a severe tone of voice I was informed that I would only be allowed a 20 minute time period to sit & relax & enjoy my coffee. No other café anywhere in the Playford area has this unreasonable restriction..When I explained that I like to sit & relax until I am ready to leave - this young woman told me that 20 minutes was enough time & all I should need..I cannot recommend this cafe at all - if this is the level of customer service then it would be wise to go elsewhere..All the other cafés in the Center are much more friendly.
