I started seeing Shu Mei due to my shoulder/arm pain. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and caring and would highly recommend her. The treatments and exercises given have made a huge difference. I look forward to my appointments/treatments with her.

I went to see Shu Mei for the first time three weeks ago as I had severe lower back pain that was not going away. Shu Mei assessed the problem area, did some dry needling and gave me a range of exercises and stretches designed to strengthen my core and loosen my back. After 2.5 weeks and 3 visits my back is much better.I’m continuing my visits for the time being.I’m very glad to have seen Shu Mei.

I attend this in practice with lower back pain. Shu explained the exercises that that I was given to strengthen muscles. Shu is extremely good, very helpful and always pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend her.

I started seeing Shu Mei due to a shoulder injury from playing tennis, I found her very knowledgeable and she gave me exercises to complete daily which have helped me immensely.I have been seeing a chiro for months and that did not improve my shoilder at all, after my 2nd session with Shu Mei I felt a noticeable change.I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional yet personable physiotherapist.Shu Mei is incredibly friendly and put me at ease in our first session.

I have been using Shu for over a month for a work injury, and she has been a huge help, I now have minimal pain after having needling done and doing the excersizes I was given! She also makes you feel very comfortable in her presence!
